The part of the trail that went along Cedar Creek was lovely, with nice tall trees. The creek itself was dry, but I'm sure it's even nicer when there's water.

The parking spots were next to some really cute cabins. They were small, but it looked like a great potential place for cabin camping.

The creek normally runs through these nice tall trees.

The loop South took us up a hillside, but there wasn't much to see.

Having fun amongst the greenery.

A Steller's Jay– such a cool looking bird! I love the funky mohawk and blue color. Unfortunately he wasn't too into getting photographed.
