1¼ oz demerara rum
1 oz pineapple juice
½ oz banana liqueur
½ oz apricot liqueur
¼ oz lime juice
1 teaspoon allspice dram
dash bitters
Shake and serve with crushed ice.
Similar to a jungle bird, but more fruity and less bitter.
