1½ oz demerara rum
½ oz rum agricole
½ oz falernum
½ oz orange juice
½ oz lime
¼ oz allspice dram
honey to taste
Mix honey before shaking.
Originally called for 1½ oz rum agricole and ½ oz demerara rum, but a very pungent agricole it's much nicer to swap them.
