2 oz gin
¾ oz coconut syrup
½ oz lime juice
Shake with ice, hard! Serve with a cherry.
Sweet and tart, with a creamy mouthfeel. Adapted from
Liber and Co, with less lime. Even more delicious with Seven Caves pineapple gin.
