Moss Landing

2 oz dark rum
¾ oz cinnamon syrup
½ oz dry curacao
½ oz lime juice
½ oz orange juice
dash bitters
drop vanilla extract
Shake with crushed ice and serve with tons of ice.
This is like a sweeter more spiced Mai Tai. The vanilla and cinnamon go really well together. Originally from Tod at Cocktail Club, who learned it at Tiki Oasis. He infused the bitters with vanilla bean and used Saigon cinnamon.
