1 oz aged rum
1 oz amaro (Aperol)
½ oz orange liqueur
½ oz lime juice
¼ oz demerara syrup
Shake with ice.
When using Aperol for the amaro this tastes like a Jungle Bird variation that's not as sweet or bright.
