2 oz bourbon
¾ oz simple syrup
½ oz lime juice
3 slices cucumber
mint
Add all ingredients to shaker: muddle and then shake with ice. Garnish with mint sprig and a cucumber slice.
Refreshing, sweet, and balanced with earthy flavors. Recipe was made with demerara syrup and it was nice.
