2 oz bourbon
½ oz demerara syrup
½ oz falernum
½ oz lemon juice
1 oz pineapple juice
2 dash bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice and serve.
Intense flavor with pucker and sweetness, but not unbalanced. The shaken pineapple creates a silky foam. Very delicious!
