2 oz rum
¼ oz allspice dram
¼ oz ginger syrup
¼ oz molasses
¼ oz lemon juice
soda water
Shake almost all ingredients over ice. Serve with ice and top with soda water
Tastes like gingebread cookies. You can use slightly more than ¼ ounce measures to spice it up even more. Any kind of rum works.
