1½ oz bourbon
1½ oz Banane Du Bresil
2 dash aromatic bitters
Stir with ice and strain to serve.
The banana flavor is subtle so you need a good 1:1 ratio for it to show up. It turns out a little sweet, so the bitters help. Maybe try with 3 dashes or a different bitters?
